Employees are considered as an asset of the organization. If they perform well and attain goals and objectives then it can be evaluated that organization effectiveness and efficiency can be enhanced in a proper manner. Organization can easily attain the effectiveness and efficiency by adopting latest technology that will enhance the working structure. The latest technology helps the employees to reduce the workload and also gives focus on maximizing the productivity level. If the company considers the latest technology then the productivity and profitability can be enhanced in an effective manner. In the organization, there are various technologies that are used to conduct the operations or the activities. With the use of technology, the complex activities can be simplified.
